Practical Learning
All our interns get involved in a variety of projects from across church life. This is a brilliant opportunity to learn how each of our different departments tick. However, there is also opportunity for each of our interns to focus the majority of their time with us within one of the areas detailed below. You will have a 'mentor' from this department allocated to you who you will spend most of your project time working with and for on projects flowing out of these areas:
- Pastoral care - this is an opportunity to learn about how to pastor people, how to facilitate discipleship and build a great church community
- Marketing and media - this area has a focus on the practical production and administration of web, graphic and video media to help reach people and communicate our message
- Community - an opportunity to work within our Love Norwich department looking at serving the people of Norwich and Ipswich in a practical way
- Strategic Growth & HR - here you will learn all about the financial and administrative systems that are so vitally important in helping build church
