Pastors Tom & Denise Rawls - Lead Pastors
There is no doubt when you meet them Tom & Denise have a heart for people. They see the potential in others and seek to empower them to live life well. Passion and enthusiasm are the distinguishing marks of their leadership and that passion is reflected in every area of church life. Tom is an American by birth, Denise, British but a journey that took them to Australia as children and to Thailand as missionaries, eventually brought the Rawls family to Norwich in July 2003! History is now being written!

Owen Morgan - Executive Pastor
Pastor Owen came to Norwich to study Philosophy and Politics at the University of East Anglia in 2001. It was in his final year of study that he powerfully connected with God here at Proclaimers and he has been vitally involved in church life ever since!
Serving as our Executive Pastor, Pastor Owen looks after many of the day to day responsibilities within church life and relates to our department leaders. He is unwavering in his desire to train up and develop new leaders to not only be great leaders in church, but who will be great leaders in every sphere of their lives.
A powerful and engaging millennial communicator, Pastor Owen is committed to helping people apply the truth of God’s word in their daily life.
Pastor Owen is married to the beautiful Liz and they have a son Issac! Together they have dedicated their lives to making God famous.

Dr Phil Temple - Associate Pastor
Phil was part of the first wave of graduates to qualify from the medical school at the University of East Anglia. Originally from Sheffield, Phil became a part of Proclaimers after being strongly impacted by the vision of Pastor Tom to build a church that will see the salvation of the city. Pastor Tom’s passion to reach people in a relevant, 21st century way gripped Phil and he immediately threw himself in to being a part of the vision.
Phil now works full time as a Doctor and volunteers as an Associate Pastor. He is a vital member of our preaching team with a desperate desire to see the local church rise up to be what God intended it to be, the hope of the world.
Phil is married to the wonderful Helena.

Gemma Neill - Associate Pastor
Gemma started volunteering at Proclaimers when she was just 14 years old and now serves as an Associate Pastor. She passionately believes in the value of servanthood and knows from first-hand experience that as people connect into the house of God they’ll step into a God given destiny beyond their wildest dreams.
Gemma, and her husband Raphael, are wholeheartedly committed to seeing the house of God built in Norwich with an impact and influence that goes way beyond the city walls.

David Kelly - Assistant Pastor
David was born in Belfast, Northern Ireland in 1967. After getting married to Heather in 1991 they spent the next 8 years living in Carrickfergus, also in N.Ireland. During this time their 2 beautiful children, Sarah and Emma were born.
David attended the Bible College at Proclaimers in 1998 before moving with his family to Norwich in 1999. He worked within the Bible College for 3 years and now works locally for the Civil Service.
In 2000 his wife Heather became ill with Leukaemia and sadly died in March 2002. Though it was obviously a really tough time for him and the girls his trust in God means he is convinced that his best years are still to come.
David is passionate about seeing people grow in their relationship with God and fulfils a key role in discipleship and pastoral care in church life. His advice, wisdom and support is invaluable for so many people.

Olly Kiff - Office Manager
Like Phil and Pastor Owen, Olly also came to Norwich to study at UEA! It was during his final year of study (2004) that he started coming to Proclaimers and soon got involved in the worship band.
In 2011 Olly joined the staff team as an office manager looking after much of the 'behind the scenes' part of church life to do with finance and administration. He also manages our conference venue The Space.
Olly met his amazing wife Alison at Proclaimers and has a son, Reuben.
